After several Preliminary Hearing in the case of David Burke and Celeste Rivas Hernandez, the Prosecution was able to prove probable cause, therefore, a Los Angeles Judge had bound David Burke over for Trial and charges will remain. David Burke has been charged with First degree Murder with special circumstances (including lying in wait and witness intimidation), continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14, and unlawful mutilation of human remains. Mr. Burke has pled not guilty to all charges.
